Then the dining hall prefect who knows nothing about health, but has been put in charge of the ministry, tells us they will prioritise 35 of the hospitals. Incompetence at its highest.

I say for witches because no natural person goes to the market at 1 am to buy koobi unless you a supernatural entity.
