The AFARI, SEWUA, KONONGO were about 90%complete, but DR BAWUMIA took them for granted. During the same time, OTUMFUOR was begging his indigenous to refurbish the KOMFO ANOKYE hospital. The bitter part is that, after OTUMFUOR advocated for funds to import some building material, the goods were blocked at the harbour as a result of heavy import duties.
