  From about 10 years ago, the number of people living with HIV in all 16 regions was not less than 200k each. I don't understand how they are all still living. The population of Ghana should have reduced and should be reducing ...

  From about 10 years ago, the number of people living with HIV in all 16 regions was not less than 200k each. I don't understand how they are all still living. The population of Ghana should have reduced and should be reducing by now. With all these numbers. Just recently, almost every applicant for a job at our security services had HIV. Or HIV doesn't kill. Someone please educate me.
