  Its a fact that Britain has a Universal Health System, which in simple terms is free medical care. But because British citizens have a lot of dental problems free medical care does not cover all the dental care. British citizens pay a percentage of the medical care when it comes to dental care.
  The similar issue is in Japan. Japanese are prone to eye problems so Japanese citizens also pay a portion of the free eye care.
