  MDC has dealt with the students in bad faith if all this is true. This is just an attempt to surreptitiously introduce another stand alone license exam with exorbitant fees, when this country is in the stage of phasing that out and inculcating license exams in the end of school exams. Indeed, they should rethink the exams
