An npp fool,follower of unintelligent 54% inflation leaders,since time in memorial,Ankaful was built in 1965 and Pantang in 1906(colonial era),both were built when the total population was less than 5 million,today Ghana's population is over 35 million and still has the two psychiatric hospitals,just like Ghana only had both Okomfo Anokye and Kolebu hospitals as it two main hospitals for over 50 yrs until Mahama built the Ridge expansion;Bank hospital,University of Ghana Medical centre etc This man has done it again,something an imbecile like the first commentor will and can never understand because npp is filled with unintelligent fools,Which country doesn't have persons with mental health issues?Are there no mad persons roaming in the streets of Kejetia, Adum,Asafo etc?So which one is go and build it in the North?Unintelligent bastard.Thank you Mr President,you didnt come to share beach front to your children,capture parts of Achimota forest for yourself or try to cheaply buy and own Labadi beach resorts and other state owned hotels,u rather are building more important assets for the country,some of us who sees clearly and are not blinded by tribalism,says thanks to you.
