  I AGREE WITH THE HARD WORKING DOCTOR.WHAT HAS MADE THE SITUATION WORST NOW THAN BEFORE IS THE CRIMINAL ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADATION WHICH HAS AFFECTED THE ABILITY OF PEASANT HOUSEHOLDS TO PRODUCE ENOUGH FOR THE LEAN SEASON.

  The monies being paid out to NDC officials for no work done could be better invested over there to get them out of the laziness.

Even there are taboos that forbid children and pregnant women from eating proteinous foods. lets condemn this through education and spare spare poverty
