  My name is Dr.Manohar Paul, an ENT surgeon but treate number of VVF cases in India while working in mission hospitals.I know the plight of women with this problem. A surgery text book says the problem is not that the lady would die of it but she has to live with it.I will be happy to come and do the surgery.God bless Ghana.Manohar
