  This woman does not understand what she talking about.How can an insurance premium be paid one time?.I recollect that when this same woman was asked to explain how VAT works,she made a mess of it.

A lot has gone on in the discussion of One time premium. If you have any suggestions by way of an actuarial determine analysis please put it forward to those who matter. But I wish you would not reignite this debate it is too stressful for your age Madam. Even SLy as tough as he is. Did not see top. I beg you please. Madam the Health Ministry is a tough one so please embrace your self for it.
