  Since the capitation thing started, i have realised doctors and hospitals on the program are more caring about their patients. Patient satisfaction has been high and that is one good thing it has brought. The NHIA should just keep doing what they have to do to make the scheme better

  The providers, private ones especially are not happy with the capitation becos they are not able to inflate their bills any longer. I think it makes them respect the patients too cos they fear the patients may change hospital ...
