  The Government has put up these structures called "Health Centers" with no real doctors nor medicines to treat patients. Just throwing dust into the eyes of locals to let them feel like the Government is looking out for their welfare. What good are these buildings?

  It is always good to give stats related to issues, but what we do not do is to stop the spread from the source. The goverment should encourage mass cleaning of drainages which breeds the mosquitoes.
