WE WILL NOT GAIN MUCH UNLESS WE TACKLE THE MONOPOLISTIC AND OBSTRUCTIVE NATURE OF GMA. THEY DON'T WANT MANY DOCTORS IN THE SYSTEM SO THEY CAN CONTINUE TO HOLD US TO RANSOME. PEOPLE DIE IN OUR HOSPITALS UNDER QUESTIONABLE SITU ...

PEOPLE DIE IN OUR HOSPITALS UNDER QUESTIONABLE SITUATIONS MANY THROUGH MEDICAL NEGLECT BUT NO ONE CAN QUESTION THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE BECOME DEMI-GODS. TRAIN MORE DOCTORS IN CUBA AND OTHER COUNTRIES TO SAVE US. THEY MAKE GOING INTO MEDICAL SCHOOL SO DIFFICULT AS IF THEY ARE PRODUCING THE BEST DOCTORS IN THE WORLD. THESE SAME DOCTORS WATCH PEOPLE DYING AND DON'T BAT AN EYELID IF THEY DON'T PAY. THIS IS TRUE. IT IS HAPPENING ALL OVER THE COUNTRY.

l think he should rather be talking about environmental officers and their postings but not nurses and other staff because he(Dr) is an env'tal officer.
