  Good, Mr. Mahama , but what are we doing to encourage our health care staff abroad to return home.We have more expertised doctors and nurses abroad who are only left for A&E duties,. Some of them can be useful to mother Ghana. Lets think and bring them home. Even if ti means giving in centives.
