What is the penalty for importing sub- standard drugs to Ghana?. There are too many Ghanaians who want to make quick money and end up putting our lives in danger. It is a shame, to spend countless hours in line in our shanty hospitals and clinics to see a doctor who is more interested in making money than treating poor patients. In addition, to obtain a prescription that leads to counterfeit and substandard medication.

They don't respect black Africans. Chinese government is aware of all these fake products from China including medicine, sports shoes, clothes, food etc. Chinese are destroying Holland African clothes industry .China has thrived on by making these fake products of all kinds. African governments must be careful with Chinese government and its people.
Ghana government is attracted to Chinese government because of high corruption in Chinese government.Chinese government will easily condone with our corrupt government officials to steal. Chinese aren't good. Communist everywhere are evil and corrupt. Chinese government will never help Ghana to deal with fake medicine from China. Ghana government must stop buying from China. HOW DOES GHANAIAN IMPORTER ORDER FAKE MEDICINE FROM MANUFATURER WITHOUT ADDRESS?
Just find out who the partner in crime is; the one who sold the stuff as "medicine".
Or, is it a matter of Ghanaian 'understanding' of the Chinese language?
Just jail our Ghanaian importers according to the laws in Ghana, and let them bribe the judges accordingly as it is the normal practice in Ghana

We should rather open our eyes when we see the real problems facing us.

Medicines imported from companies in China MUST be examined and tested properly by the Ghana Standard Board before and if possible we should stop imported drugs from China and look somewhere else.
