this is an insult to accademia and the nation. what proof do u have that it is the free mosquito net distribution that has caused a decline in malaria in the country. there could be several other possible factors such as people are avoiding the long queues in hospitals and are self medicating with these cheap malaria drugs on the market. when this happens there will be a decline in malaria reported cases which could probably be the meaning behind those figures u are quoting. there are other several meanings that can confound ur claim so a proper research must go into it to really confirm the true meaning behinds those figures and stop interpreting figures ignorantly. if we go like this as a nation then we are doomed!

DO NOT sit in ur office and conclude that because people are no more reporting malaria cases at the OPD then it means malaria has decreased and more insultingly attribute that to ur distribution of free mosquito nets. research have shown that in the 3 northern regions people have the mosquito nets hanged on their beds in their rooms alright but sleep outside openly because of heat in their rooms. there are thousands of reasons out there so do not sit in ur office and SHARE IGNORANCE
