  bUT I MUST REMARK THAT THIS YEAR'S CAMPAIGN IS THE MOST ILL-TIMED(RAINING PERIOD) and poorly financed especially resources for social mobilization and fuel were woefully inadequate. HOW IS A WHOLE DISTRICT SUPPOSED TO DWELL ON GHC 250.0 TO ORGANISE COMMUNITY MEETINGS, DISCUSSION PROGRAMMES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS ON RADIO, LOCAL FM BROADCASTS,GONGONG BEATING ETC.
  IN MY OPINION,IT IS BETTER TO CONDUCT A ONE ROUND WELL ORGANISED CAMPAIGN AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME(DRY SEASON) THAN ORGANIZING TWO SHODDY CAMPAIGNS.
