    You are dead wrong. Go and visit any cancer centre and see those with liver cancer secondary to hepatitis infection . Even in developed countries where the option of transplant is available, many due before they get a donor. ...

    You are vaccinated against polio as a child and not a teenager or an adult but, you can have a booster later. So, if I can understand, what was given to those students probably, might have been a booster.
