It is ridiculous the treatment in Ghana is based on if your can prove the dog is rabid. Why would you ask questions like where is the stray dog.

Seeking the appropriate treatment after a dog bite is in order. However, the emphasis should be on vaccinating dogs against rabies. Treating a rabid dog bite is already a failure in the system.
