The first dwarf is only just in bed when he hears through the wall "1-2-3, HUH, 1-2-3, HUH, 1-2-3, HUH". Excited that his friend is all ready under way he rips off his clothes. Still he hears "1-2-3, HUH, 1-2-3, HUH,

1-2-3, HUH" from next door, and wonders how his friend can keep going.

He tries to concentrate on what he is doing but is so distracted by the "1-2-3, HUH, 1-2-3, HUH, 1-2-3, HUH" that despite his and the prostitute's best efforts, he cannot get it up. Even as he was drifting off to an unfulfilled sleep he still hears "1-2-3, HUH, 1-2-3, HUH, 1-2-3, HUH"

The next day they meet outside the rooms after the prostitutes have left. The second dwarf is still bright red in the face and looks exhausted.

"How was your night?" asked the exhausted one.

Basing our analyses on evolutionary biology and other related disciplines, but staying away from shallow-thinking tribilistic child-talk, I am sure you would agree that, firstly, we should improve our nutrition as the article suggests. Secondly, we should mix our genes favourably through inter-tribal marriages.

Vitamin C to prevent the English disease also know as cricket or bow-leg disease, or as we say in German Skorbut. The lack of vitamin C is the reason why seamen lost their teeth. Now vitamin D is responsible for healthy bones and teeth. Too much Vitamin D or too dental fluorose (white stains on the teeth, as well as too much of Vitamin D will lead to defect in the bone structure. For sure we all need vitamins and minerals for growth. A balanced diet is in evitable if we wanna grow normal. If you want your kids to grow well and tall then a pint of milk each day will help. Girls and boys grow in length up to the 17 and sometimes to the age 18 after that growth is brought to a halt. So parents use this period to give your children all the nutrients , proteins, minerals and vitamins they need then after age 18 one can only grow only in the width and not in the length. Now fellow ghanaians on this forum let us contribute positively here and deter away from these tribalistic insults. We are all ghanaians irrespective of which tribe we belong. With this attitude how can a nation grow. Good day.
