  I am sick & tired of these white folks, pushing everything that is bad on the black race. They are more sicker than us. Their food are not better than us. We eat organic foods. We get sick when we change our diets by injesting those foods from the super markets. The can foods are loaded with transfats, mono saturated foods.
  The junk foods like the snacks in the plastic bags are not healthy for anyone to eat, and who made them? It is the Whites.
  We need to buy the real food and cook them to eat. The best way to get a healthy meat to buy is to go to the local butcher, stay away from the Super Markets shelves meat they are all loaded with Msg's & Transfats.
  It is tough to do it but we have to watch what We eat so we can stay healthy.
