WHICH WILL ATTRACT BETTER SENTENCE, BEING A CRIMINAL OR OBSTRUCTING OFFICERS? 4) so far FDA hasn't prodeuced any evidence to support the alleged fake drugs. when COLLISON ISAKA was challenged, the only sensible thing he could say was 'FDA IS NOT HEAR TO TEST DRUGS". Our children will have great inspiration from this instead of always looking up to foreign companies as stars. We take pride in Nkrumah's achievements and Ghanaians are so proud of Kwasi Appiah's achievement in taking Ghana to the world cup. The journey to be successful is difficult. If unregistered products are fake, then the next time u patronise any pharmaceutical product call FDA for it registration number. U will be amazed the responds they will give u.

Now that they are cought, they are now appealing to MOH to facilitate release of the registered ones while they work on completing registration for the rest. Tobinco's intentions was to flood the market with the unregistered drugs had they were not cought. Cleaning up the system will start with one company at a time. If the others are doing the same, they will now be ware.
Ghanaians should applaude FDA and MOH ffor doing something about this issue.

Dr. Opuni's friendship with Tobinco is marred so it's just a way to punish him. if we follow the case well, how could Asante Boateng consult for Tobinco if Opuni wasn't aware. my sister works at FDA so i know of issues that don't get to the press. Opuni and fda know very well that calling Tobinco drugs fake is below the line. I WILL AT THIS TIME CHALLENGE FDA TO BRING EVIDENCE AGAINST TOBINCO AND GO AHEAD AND PROSECUTE HIM.
