    Please, if you have little knowledge on the subject matter, do not comment on it. Also do well to check your spellings: protein, obesity, diseases, eggs, fruits are all wrongly spelt. Your grammar is equally terrible.

    Protein gets used up right away.
    Carbs get stored and are great if you need to quickly run from a dinosaur.
    If not then they just keep on storing.
