  While the dedication and hard work of those who in reality are engaged in fighting the AIDs pandemic are entirely commendable, this fraudulent, posturing woman is oblivious to the fact that the apparent reduction in cases in Ghana is mostly due to the inability of a dwindling public health service to monitor HIV prevalence and report the genuine statistics.
