Oheneba is simply a crook who is using the power of radio and fear factor to spread lies and misinformation so as to direct the attention of Ghanaians to buy and patronise his own concoctions and mixtures which he is desperately trying to sell. We have formed an organisation to expose Oheneba and his cohorts who are now raking in billions of money using deceit and misinformation and fear. Mind you millions of our elderly, mothers and grandfathers who are sick and the aged in the rural areas who are not able to cross check Oheneba's lies on radio fall prey to all that he wants them to believe and they pay millions of money to Ohenenba as consultation fees and also buy medicines from him which he has cleverly repackaged.

In the coming months we will play to Ghanaians secretly recorded audio and videos that feature Oheneba and his modus operandi. Oheneba thinks Ghanaians are fools and he can use scare them away from time tested efficient medicines and well prepared foods. Millions of Ghanians cannot read or write English and are very comfortable with local language programs on radio. Unfortunately Oheneba and his financiers are using loal language radio to deceive our mothers and fathers and we will resist this creeping threat by exposing Oheneba and his real intentions . Does Oheneba know the number of eagle eyed hard working regulatory agencies in Europe and the USA both civil society and government who spend a great deal of money and their time and research just to make sure that the food they consume or exported from their countries are wholesome? which white man will consume sausage made from sick and dead pigs? The way to combat misinformation and acts of political deception like this video piece is for the Ghana judicial services in conjunction with parliament issue summons for the culprit to answer in court his attempts at deception or public nuisance. The problem we have in Ghana is that we do not understand what the concepts and best practices of freedom of speech entails. As such we are incapable of creating statutes that do not curtail those rights but strengthen them relative to the cultural dimension. In the USA they chose to use restraints on acts that would cause panic and chaos in crowded areas while the use of laws on defamation tend to help curtail foolishness that comes with their freedom of speech.
Knowing how tribal and political party activities influence and or excites people to engage in deception and accusatory acts, it is imperative our courts sets limitations on the freedoms that come with speech and or assembly. I doubt, however, if that is possible in Ghana because I know our members of parliament are likely to be influenced by people who prefer where those laws currently stand so as to shield them for the petty gamesmanship, deceptions and outright lies they push out each election cycle. How else could the NPP explain how a man running for an executive position in the party could be sidelined because of a bogus allegation manufactured to derail his interests or freedoms?
