  If it should be prescribed by a physician who is selling them to the drivers?Go after the pharmacies and impose severe fines with the threat of license suspension.

  The lip service is enough.That is the reason Ghana is sinking into the abyss.
  
  The drivers using them should face severe fines,suspension of license and
  drug education and its impact on road accidents and deaths.
  Ghanaians at home are cowboys in boots and hats without cows.
  Ghana needs more cows than cowboy hats and boots.
  Do it quickly before someone is killed or maimed.
