The chief psychiatrist should be focused and serious about reforms in mental health after pushing for the passage of the Mental Health Act.It must first begin with dedication to duty not a platform for reckless abuse of power and corruption.Instead of working he is preoccupied with using his position of influence to victimize colleague doctors.This is a guy who forged mental illness on colleague doctors to get them dismissed.Lies and corruption cannot be a substitution to problem solving in scientific reasoning.
