ONE THING THAT BEATS MY IMAGINATION IS WHEN SOMEONE SO WISE LIKE HAJIA, SAY SOMETHING WISE WE DON'T LISTEN. SO FAR HAJIA IS THE ONLY PERSON TELLING THE NURSES THE RIGHT THING. The Nurses need regular training on customer services {staff patients relationsjip} . Nurses after their training hardly attend in courses or training to enhance their knowledge, skills and attitude. Don't blame soley the Nurses but the Nurses Council. It is their responsibility to draw up some training for Nurses towards their Continuous Professional Development. That I believe is only limited to only a few Nurses in the Capitals. Also job satisfaction seem low,so Nurses just do things because they have to do it and get paid, instead of deriving satisfaction from delivery of good care and putting smile on patients face.
