The Minister should nudge the President to decentralize the towns, districts and regions to vote for their own Chief Exectives who will head Town, City, District and Regional Councils and let the people pay taxes and take responsibility for their own hospitals.
Nobody can do it for us but ourselves.

I wish to draw the attention of the MOH to the Sukura Community Clinic which is pretending to offer health services but in reality killing patients. A friend went for treatment but has died due to gross negligence and incompetence.
It is not a clinic but a money making enterprise. They do not even follow standard procedures in health care and are causing a lot of death to people. I know two persons who have died after attending this clinic. Numerous are the stories I have heard of fatalities, and the health authorities should in estivate the qualifications and experience of the staff of this fake health post.
