  Don't be surprised because a lot of residents there love filth. They defecate in open wide, open gutters right in the heart of the city. Remember the late revolutionary days when Jerry Rawlings went there to clean their gutters and the insults they hailed at him? How can you live like that? Even animals live better!

  the whole country is engulf with smelly gutters, houses without toilets but have building permits.
