  Strangely in Ghana, no one talks about weight loss. The women are so fat they can hardly walk. The men are also following this trend. Often, I have to turn of the telly when I see how fat some Ghanaian men are with the swollen chicks, bellies.
  
  The historical argument is that African's like fat. In the face of resurgence of heart attacks, is this argument still valid?
  
  Ghanaians (both men and women), start doing something about your weight!!
