Truly, this Ebola virus was engineered to create panic, African population control, manipulations and control of resource and to create demands for the vaccine for profit. The integrity of this vaccine for the targeted countries is at stake and leaders will be manipulated and be compelled to accept this vaccine in a form loan, hence inhumane idea of subsidy. My family won't get it just as the questionable free polio vaccine
