  I do not feel shy in saying that because we are not good in anything. Nothing whatsoever. We have the money to pay ex-gratia but cannot take care of our mothers who go to labor in our hospitals. Isn't it insane to see mothers and their newborn children lying on hospitals floor while the authorities seem oblivious with the excuse that there is no money to buy beds for them?
  
  Even those who are under servitude sleep on bed because their masters see them as humans. Africans are useless and we will continue to be so. The only thing we are good at is our fluency in the "Queens language". When one speaks good English, it is then we see that person as civilize and enlightened.
  
  When the Melcom building collapsed killing and maiming others, we called the Israelis to come in with dogs to help us locate those buried under the debris. Can't we trains dogs to do that? How long should we rely on other countries and the question if the leaders of these countries are as corrupt and brain dead like ours, will we go to them for any assistance?

  It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement when recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??

  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.
