  Doctors in Ghana should encourage people who go in for annual check up to have colonoscopy ,upper Endoscopy ,and CT scan. Doctors should not wait for abdominal disorders or other symptoms of gastric cancer before they order these tests. All regional and district hospitals should be equipped with CT scan machines and Endoscopic equipments. Tests should be readily available and affordable

We in Ghana are blessed butwe ignore our blessings, These vital nutrional regiments in our country which ward off these dreadful diseases but we prefer dangerous FOREIGN FOOD. Stomach canser can be voided byezting lots of fibres like "ahabayere" "nkani" and so many of our local foods that have lots of fibers.
  
  We have develpoed CEREALS FROM PALM TREE STALKS and are very very good as fibres against diabetes,stomac cancer.
  
  EAT LOTS OF FRUITS.
