  The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.

Free for all citizens.Copying the west blindly is not the best solution to some of our problems.Both Britain/France have socialist based health care system.Every doctor wants to open a private clinic in Ghana.It is up to the govt to restrict it,make sure General doctors are well looked after from Locum stage till they retire.

  If Dr Danaa, who holds a PhD, could behave this way then university education is useless in Ghana. If people of his caliber are leading Ghanaians then, I am afraid, we shall soon fall into a ditch.

  Who asked Dr Danaa to take sides in a chieftaincy dispute by solely declaring the chieftaincy status of the Americans illegal. Who sent the National Security Officials to go and harass the Americans. We all know the National Security Zombis like operating under the cover of darkness( you remember the Legon Toll Booth Saga) and their hatred for dogs is unimaginable( you remember NS official threatened to shoot and kill the dogs of the software designer of UG students' election). So if the dogs of the two American citizens were killed prior to their gruesome murder you can now see those behind the killing.
  Dr Danaa cannot throw dust into our eyes. If others have thrown dust into his eyes, that is his own cup of tea.

  Allow this "akata", as West Africans living in the US sometimes brand African Americans, to speak on ebola.
  Places like Liberia are NOT REALLY cured of ebola. Why? Ebola can hide in certain locations in the human body that are very special places. Locations so complex they operate in a space ALMOST separate from the other internal parts of the human body. Such places are:
  
  1. The human eyes.
  2. The human heart
  3. The human testicles.
  
  Yes, yes, we some call, "akata", are smart enough to be of extreme value to Africa and Ghana. But, some of Africa's so-called leadership (Danaa, for example), "Will cut off it's nose to spite it's face!"
  Both those elderly AFrican American women/ Queen-Mothers murdered had lived in Ghana for decades and were adjusting to African Culture. trying to setup the African Americans living in Ghana long-term as another "ethnic group". Since most local Ghana folks see the A.A. folks as such a TYPE. Calling Liberians their "cousins" as a mockery. With such viewed, why then would the A.a. folks not seek to create their own chiefs and Queen-Mothers within their group? All is a form of extended family and clans...the foundation of African peoples across Africa.
  
  So instead, the so-called, "local African leadership" sees them as a threat? Why? Fearing if the A.A. folks unite and economically work together, they will gain financial strength superior to the regular ruler-ship in a Ghana location and institute programs to help the local community in ways the regular chiefs can't? So instead of the local chiefs simply networking within such to uplift ALL involved...they would rather kill-off the leadership of the Fihankra group? Is such TRUE leadership and logic?
  
  When the Tea party formed in the US recently and gained momentum, did the two political parties long established (Democrats and Republics), sneak out into the night and execute the Tea Party leadership? No, they made room and allowed change to take place. All to help keep a society flowing with fresh, new ideas and concepts.
  Do you hear me, my Ghanaian brothers and sisters (am I talking to South Africans?)? A society MUST have room for new ideas and concepts to allow it to grow and advance. Otherwise all gets stale and becomes obsolete.
  Ghana this is the 21st Century, you must allow the old and the new to sit side by side and grow from each other.
  i, an African american male, will come Home soon and sit with my extended family, clan and ethnic group(far deeper than the late author, Alex Haley, did). Such is the NEW but how did all come about ,since 1975? I taped into the old, AFRICAN TRADITIONAL BELIEFS. I will help my extended family, clan, ethnic group, Ghana and the rest of Black Africa soon with exposure of my current life's adventures like most Africans worldwide could never imagine.I, whom can create "TRUST FUND BABIES" across all of Black Africa in one or two generations. The only thing, beside God and the Ancestors wishes, that can curtail my efforts would be the "so-called African leadership". Like those that killed off two of Fihankra's heads.
  
  Well, I rest my case. I hope some of you have the inner-vision to see my position...a few old Souls?
