  That is very very true this is the area we need more biomedical engineers for constant checks on the various hospital devices because machines are machines they need constant checks and retrofits to keep up and those that are archaic has to be replaced very often if not they become more of a death trap more of a liability than asset because in today's world a Dr is only effective from lab,xray,mri,ultrasound results so when these results are wrong the Dr will no doubt kill you for which he can not be blamed.Know Dr can look at your face and tell you that you have BP,diabetes,enlarged heart,hiv,tb,glaucoma,cataract etc.except through lab,xray,ultrasound,mri etc.results.Unless you want to die quick that you will go to the malam,pastor,fetish priest etc.where they will just look at your face and give any name for your sickness and start immediate treatment so by the you will decide to go see a Dr it will be toooo late.
