  Why not take the vaccine to where the disease is such as Liberia where the disease has come back,if countries that have the disease are not experimenting the drug why should a country that never had the disease do so?
  
  The people of Volta region should be careful not to sell their lives for 200 cedis and a mobile phone,good name is better than riches.
