If the Chinese are selling expired food then it is a crime but I also know that Ghanaians sell food near smelling gutters and the FDA says nothing. I also know that all beer bars in Ghana have dirty surroundings too.

Another thing I want to tell Ghanaians is to be mindful of what they eat at such Chinese restaurants. They sell expired meat, cats dogs and rats that they use chemicals to treat and make them look like beef. This was a documentary shown on Al Jazeera and CNN yesterday. It was even revealed that some of the food they serve are garnished and treated cardboard that is made to look like beef or other meat. I will advise Ghanaians that if it is not Chicken wings that you can easily identify, don't go for it. For your drink, go for canned ones only. People can check with CNN and Al Jazeera about how they sell expired food to unsuspecting customers. They cheat everywhere. That is why at their restaurants, they don't employ locals.

I wonder why Ghanaians still eat in these Chinese restaurants because there have been similar raids in England which has exposed the same things you are talking about and has been broadcasted on several occasions.Even the seasonings are not hygeinic.They farm cockroaches in their kitchen to use them for cooking.They hang the chickens on lines in the open sun to get fermented before cooking

Since then I've been sensitizing friends to steer clear of these deadly eateries.

I'm sure the FDA is now taking on the restaurant because they have failed to bribe them this time around. Why were they allowed to operate without license since 2012. Why?

I don't know if they even know expire goods still good after few months.
If they are closing down the Chinese restaurants what about the others,do they visit at random to check what is going on there,what about in our local restaurants where they cook foods that have no expiration dates on them?

I went to a bar in Ghana recently and when they opened the beer which they were selling about twice the price in most places you can see the rust on the bottle which I even took a picture of I'm still having.
Even when I questioned the girls in the bar they didn't even say sorry because they know it is normal,nobody will do anything to them.

They should stop disturbing our ears,they are doing no work so far as healthy food is concerned.
