  This is a Govt that cares. We need more targetting programs to help the vulnerable. We have free shs, sandals, sanitary pads. Lets do something on free transport for the aged and children. NDC is the best! JM all the way! Inv ...

  Anything foolish is normal under dead goat. Go ahead and register the whole country but start from Bole. That is where they are shooting each other so that they get free treatment.
