This is the first time I'm hearing this. If the WHO have been rightly quoted, then this is a very serious matter indeed & calls into question the moral integrity of Mahama himself.

The NHIS is a national asset vital to healthcare delivery in our country.
We need expert management underpinned by sound analysis to run the scheme for the benefit of all users.
We must not politicise it.

This matter proves how useless our educated Phd's etc are. These people are not intelligent - they've just passed exams. How can you identify problems but can't find solutions?
