Ghanaians should be careful of these potential kidney stealing Islamo Arab medical doctors from Egypt. First of all Arabs have no respect for blacks and even those black Arabs are not spared Of the hate filled racial discrimination by their colleague light skinned Islamo Arabs.
Most of Egyptian doctors have, on the record, been stealing kidneys from their unsuspected patients. There was one Egyptian doctor who was charged for harvesting and selling kidneys from his patients through dubious surgeries with the patients completely unaware that one of their kidneys are missing from their body systems. In some cases, according the victims, the doctors claim they have defective kidneys, hence the need to have them operated on to correct the anomaly. They end up losing one of their their kidneys to these wicked and greedy surgeons who in turn self the organ for evil monies. Let my people stay away from these in humane Arabs who are freeing the barbarism of the ISIS or ISIL.

The Egyptians are trained to serve not to ABUSE like the Ghanaian doctors. We are tired of killings or manslaughter we are subjected each year. Where did you hear that you go for strike for 3 weeks and expect to be paid. Waited for few days to pay day and make a u-turn. President Mahama please bring more of the specialist, those who Ghanaian doctors who can't stay must go away and allow God sent ones to save lives. Even their nurses are as bad as pito. Insulting patients at all times.

In the first place, why go on strike when the service agreement you are demanding for is for 2016? Why rush for unprotectedo or illegal strike or better put it as a wirdcat strike? It is outright absurdity. Kim you were hailing them because it serves your interest, people were killed, slaughtered in the name of strike. You may be surprised to know that their services is cheaper than Ghanaian doctors. Not all foreign contracts are expensive find out more about this and you will understand. They have these private clinics they work and you hardly see them at our various hospitals

If nothing at all you paid for their air tickets, accommodation, food, monthly payments, transportation, etc. Is it wise to spend such money to bring in foreign doctors who do not even understand the situation in Ghana let alone communicate with us? Wouldn't it have been better to give these monies to the Ghanaians to boost their ego? Is these money going to be paid to these doctors in the budget for 2015 (the doctors were asking for their in 2016. NDC has no shame and without foresight in ruling this country, but time will tell.

This is a contingency plan against 2016 if you dont know. To train your own and be stubbed at the back, abused, killed or slaughtered it is painful than anything. All i want is quality service and not how much they get paid. If they can do even better than our own who have same credentials but subject us to poor service and abuse of our rights, never will i go for such. Some Ghanaian doctors think they are indispensable and therefore can hold us to ransom. Never and never shall we all that

If after over 58 years as an independent nation Ghana needs doctors from Egypt and Cuba to run the affairs of our health care delivery, then this nation is really gone to the dogs. There are as many illiterates and semi-literates in Ghana; even the so-called literates can barely express themselves in English. Will it not be better and easier for a Ghanaian doctor who understands both the culture and language of this nation to treat a Ghanaian than an Egyptian or Cuban? The amount of money that will be spent on even one Egyptian or Cuban doctor to come here, can pay several of these Ghanaian doctors in Ghana. By the way did government included the cost in bringing these doctors to Ghana in the 2015 budget? Mahama was bragging that he will not spend even a pesewa for the demand of the striking doctors since the doctors demand was not included in the budget statement for 2015 even though the doctors' demand was for 2016. This Mahama is full of contradiction and seems confused. Ghanaian doctors are being given peanuts as pay as compared to the foreign doctors because we prefer to pay someone with colored skin more than to someone with a Ghanaian skin. This is sick and sad. If we need an Egyptian doctor, then as well we need an Egyptian to be the President of Ghana since Mahama has been a disaster as President, yet he is not ashamed and have filed to contest the 2016 elections for President. With all the failures of this Mahama, I thought he would have thrown in the towel. I do not blame Mahama very much but the illiterates and the semi-literates in Ghana who do not understand issues but vote just because either his father or mother was a CPP which NDC took over from when CPP was no longer in existence as a political force. It is about time the CPP wakes up to take back their members who constitutes the majority in NDC. But as I always say, TIME WILL TELL.

As much as I don't like all the strikes going on in Ghana (union; hand down from communism), Ghanaian doctors like all workers are not fools. They don't work for free. I left Ghana (after working for over 10 years) because I could not survive on my geologist's pay, more so educate a child like my cocoa farmer dad did for me and my siblings. High school graduates go to parliament and all of a sudden they are wallowing in riches. Not one but almost all. Consider what is going on in Ghana and apologize to these doctors. If you would be told the truth, one of these doctors coming in from Egypt and Cuba, could be paid remunerations that might go to five at what they are demanding. And this you don't understand and call somebody who might be smarter than you a fool. You're no patriot.

The only way forward is to train many more doctors and other health professionals. Lets stop the hypocrisy... So many Ghanaian children are refused admission every year... Lets invest more in human capital.

Couldn't they have defied their opposition leaders and come out boldly and say they will not join the strike because it's the opposition part which is behind the strike?
