  If it were to be football players they will fly millions of dollars to them,anyway Dr Osei if you do not have enough neurologist I will suggest you can train ordinary nurses who have been nurses for over 20 years and just train them show them the symtems of epilepsy just a temporary thing for the next ten years and then who ever is in power can sponsor graduates who are willing to study on that field to go and study.By the way from experience you may not have enough neurologist because in Ghana when a certain government is in power they recruite thier tribe to travel out to study but these tribes can not qualify to study abroad for such branch of medical degree then other tribes who can take such task will not be allowed to go and study.Dr Osei PLEASE open your eyes and see what is going on in Ghana the country is not the country I was born in all I can tell you is the leaders and our elders have really let the youth down and I can plead with you because you have a voice but I have mini voice so I can barely be herd by any one but what I want you to know is.We all know how the rich travel out of Ghana for medical checkup every year and when arrive in Ghana and going about thier normal business they can fall sick and rush to the emergency room in Ghana and what happens to them in the emergency room? they die.
  Ghana is capable of having good medical equipments at her hospitals it's just like buying a five hundred thousand dollar cars and driving on pot holes in Ghana how long do you think the car will last?

  The money spent to maintain the Ghana Embassy in the Vatican and the salary paid to embassy staff there can be spent on the training of neurologists. I almost forgot the money spent on Akua Donkor's official travels and her hotel bills. ... Oh, and the money spent by the government to subsidise the Hajj to Mecca every year.

  Do we have the right people with the right attitude, phrame of mind, professional intelligence and commitment to train as specialists i. e neurosurgeons or psychiatrists? It is clear many of our doctors are lazy, unprofessional, don't give a hoot to their professional oath; only money conscious, violent, arrogant and lack integrity. They would prefer to earn as much as actors, politicians, footballers and drug dealers because according these doctors they are more intelligent and gained better grades than e.g the parliamentarians and footballers in the classroom. What s bunch of 'drafty yobs' involved in providing medical health to poor and vulnerable patients? They are good at killing and going on irrrsponsible strikes
  than providing service. They have no professional intergrity.

  I am based in South Africa and have had epilepsy for 42 years now.

  I am under a Govt. Hospital and have not seen a Neurologist now for many years due to costings and unavailability of qualified Neurologists too.
