  He is absolutely correct. Many young people in Ghana are getting sick due to our sanitation. There needs to be a nationwide sanitation plan, with enforcement and heavy penalties, to solve the problem. I emphasis that there must be enforcement for the plan to work. If we continue the way we are going the nation risks slipping into a “Black plague” like situation as in Europe during the middle ages.

  I agree with Dr, but what i have to add to it is we need to strenthen our public health system in Ghana. Its through public health that we'll be able to solve the numerous health challenges in the country
