  Hmm I heard the Northerners are covertly being offered juicy courses in UDS. They're creating undergrad and graduate programs for juicy fields the major universities have not yet introduced. And this I hear are being offered mainly to the Northerners. Southerners are usually denied these programs. One other interesting thing also is that even Northerners who don't have good WASSCE results/grades are offered these programs.
  While Northerners have equal admission opportunities with their Southern colleagues in the major universities, Southerners are denied the equal opportunities in UDS. Hardly is a Southerner a HOD at UDS. This is serious and unfortunate. Looking at how Mahama has packed his government with mostly Northerners (because they perceive that Southerners especially Akans have sidelined them for too long, which is not even true) and how they have messed up this country I don't think that we should allow this UDS selective nonsense to go on at all. Majority of these Northerners are not good at management. They end up messing things up because of personal egos and self identity issues. Instead of working hard you mostly see them fighting their co-workers over petty personal issues.
  My point is that the rest of us Ghanaians should not sit down for only Northerners to manage this country and mess it up for all of us. That is why the admission bias at UDS should be tackled aggressively to halt a future Northerner-go-Northerner-come cycle of incompetence and destruction. I urge the rest of us Ghanaians to wake up now before it's too late when regret. Don't be blinded by your irrational hatred for Ashantis or NPP and think that you won't be affected. We are all Ghanaians and all prospective candidates should have equal admission opportunities.
  NB: Not all Northerners are bad managers but MOST MOST of them are.

  There is something wrong with your mind. Get it checked immediately. One small country, but lack of unity and this kind of primitive mnentality is a barrier to development.

  If you are not concerned, I am, ok. Don't be silly. Think deeply about it. How these kind of biases can ruin a country. Don't forget Rwanda. It's primitive for these biases to go on.
