Mahama and his NDC administration are responsible for the strikes because of the massive corruption, over spending, reckless borrowing and overall economic mismanagement that have characterized the regime and brought untold hardship on Ghanaians. NDC could not frivolously spend $5bn of public money outside the budget in 2012 to buy the conscience of gullible voters, and expect everything to be normal in the subsequent years without any difficulties in our fragile economy. In fact, these are the reasons why Ghanaians are wallowing in hunger and are being overtaxed.

If health wages are too high, then roll back the free health care system and let the citizens pay a subsidized health care. I believe it is better to pay small amount to have some decent health care than expect to pay nothing to guarantee a poor health care.
