  Not being able to pay for services provided for almost a year should tell this NDC man that the scheme is not functioning as it should. Hospitals are always turning patients away for non-payment and he thinks the scheme is not taking a nose-dive. Keep on denying the reality and you will wake up at the wrong side of the bed. Every money collected ends up in individuals pocket and MAHAMA and his NDC think it's OK. Even ASIEDU NKETIAH saying not all thievery should be prosecuted. Thieves in leadership.

  Is sad when patients come to the facility and they are asked to go and buy drugs simply because insurance is not paying the facilities involved, is a shame.
