  Our chief is wrong ! This initiative is a government responsabity ,a right to every citizen in this country. So long as we die , we have right to a free health care . The politicalisation of such initiative from a ministerial level to party adherents is a bluff to our natural resources. Ghana have the aboudancy of wealth that would caretake the health care of its citizens. But the concert of our wicked politicians have place this priorities into categories of advantages and disavantages which make healthcare under the initiatives on a party adherent selection. We earns for a president who will initiate an independent healthcare for all and free for the less privileges.

  Why is the NHIA not implementing capitation in Upper East, Upper West and the Volta regions? Is it because 2016 is election year and the three regions are NDC strongholds?

  2012 was election year but Sylvester Mensah and NDC piloted it in Ashanti region. Four years on, capitation is in Ashanti region.
