We can have a CHPS compound in every community,well trained newborns care givers,adolescent heath care etc etc,but if health centres,the first level federal points are not resoused in term of infrastructure and trained skilled personnel and equipment,our mothers and newborn's will keep on dying.Yes the world all over priority is given to preventive care but clinical care must not be neglected as it appears in northern Ghana.
