  The AIDS message has been spread well enough for the AIDS COMMISSION to de dissolved. The Commission has outlived it's usefulness. Any monies earmarked for Commission should rather be channelled to the hospitals to purchase t ...

  The AIDS message has been spread well enough for the AIDS COMMISSION to de dissolved. The Commission has outlived it's usefulness. Any monies earmarked for Commission should rather be channelled to the hospitals to purchase the necessary HIV drugs.
