  Jaman South is on Ghana`s western border with Cote d`Ivoire, Volta is on its eastern border with Togo. Both countries should strengthen their border surveillance for cases of yellow fever. Bednets will not protect against yellow fever, because the yellow fever mosquito bites by day.
