  Mental Health care and Maternal health are two completely different disciplines of Healthcare and should not or cannot be managed or intergrated under one umbrella.Mental Health patients can be rather challenging physically and verbally aggressive so they will require managing in a secure area on their own not with patients receiving maternity care.
